SubCraft
Connects Minecraft physics, blocks and mobs to Subnautica's world and rendering.
What it does
Minecraft owns player physics, inventory, combat, blocks and mobs while Subnautica owns terrain, creatures, lighting, sound and saves. The shared-memory link and initial physics/rendering stages are implemented; exact collision and broader integration remain in development.
How it works
NeoForge Minecraft guest + Subnautica BepInEx host over shared memory
Requirements & limitations
Subnautica with the SubCraft BepInEx plugin, and a hidden Minecraft 1.21.1 (NeoForge) instance running the guest mod.

Evidence limits
On 2026-10-08 I reviewed the GitHub repo, README and commits: the last commit is 2026-10-02 (protocol v25), there are no releases, the licence is MIT, and the README says early development with no platform statement. No play-test was performed.
Code and releases are linked, not hosted here. Game files and footage retain their owners’ rights.
