ER Mario
Runs Super Mario 64's movement, health and combat inside Elden Ring.
What it does
Mario's triple jumps, wall kicks, long jumps, ground pounds, attacks, health wedges, coins and Lakitu-style camera run through libsm64 while Elden Ring supplies the world, enemies, encounters and live Havok collision.
How it works
Rust me3 DLL embedding libsm64 and feeding it Elden Ring Havok collision
Requirements & limitations

Evidence limits
On 2026-10-08 I reviewed the GitHub releases and README: v0.4.1 (early release) was published on 2026-10-07 under MIT, and macOS via CrossOver is still documented only in the v0.3.8 release notes, not the README. Release v0.4.2 (2026-10-09) was read afterwards: it fixes Mario and the HUD switching off on slower PCs during load stalls and adds a hold-F1 respawn at the last grace. No play-test was performed.
